Marketing Director

Prevail is looking for a talented and creative Marketing Director to lead our first large scale, nation-wide launch of our flagship product - Vets Prevail. This is a chance to get in on the ground floor of a tech company that is going to change the way mental health care is delivered in the U.S.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategize, build, and, implement online marketing campaigns to support company objectives including recruiting end-users into Prevail’s online program
- Lead and develop marketing team
- Build a strong presence in social media networks including Twitter and Facebook
- Manage various Print, Email, Web, Direct Mail, Internet, Tradeshows and other marketing campaigns
- Manage the organic SEO for Prevail websites
- Leverage Google Analytics and lead management software to determine success/failure of campaigns and content
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in business or marketing, MBA preferred
- A minimum of 5 years marketing experience with a strong preference for 3+ years in a start-up environment
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing preferred
- A thorough understanding of developing marketing campaigns from idea creation to launch
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and lead cross-functional team members
- Ability to deliver projects and results within tight timelines and under budget

Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to architecture and specifications for major software subsystems and features
- Develop and maintaining quality software and associated documentation conformant to specifications
- Assist in definition and promotion of defined quality standards for software engineering maintenance support for existing software to ensure prompt rectification of problems proper test, debug and verification of software prior to release
- Define and develop tests for specification conformance and quality assurance of end user
- Contribute to institutionalization of disciplines, process & tools
- Perform configuration management in relation to software releases and the design and maintenance of build and test environments
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of commercial software development experience
- Excellent Ruby, Java or C++ programming skills
- Extensive experience with OOP/OOD and best practices design patterns
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and threading
- Knowledge of web frameworks, specifically Ruby on Rails or other MVC based frameworks
- Knowledge of database systems
- Development experience in a Linux environment, including scripting knowledge
- Must be a self starter, and able to work productively under minimal supervision
